Just when the Left thought they had seen the end of John Banks, behold, he ariseth from a political crucifix with new found power. Oh my god, this is going to be a ripper. Watch Banksie get the guilty verdict and conviction quashed with fresh evidence. This is pivotal. I think Banksie is out-of-time to have appealed but with fresh evidence an application can be made to the Court of Appeal for them to look at it and decide whether it has any bearing on Justice Wylies guilty verdict; an emotive and got-the-wrong-guy decision when I read it. Poor form from the Auckland High Court. It was very weak and read like a pre-scripted media white-wash. I mean it wasnt hard to work out an appeal and I was disappointed that Banksie didnt appeal-within-time the holes scattered throughout the guilty verdict. But with fresh evidence this is a whole new ball-game. If the Court of Appeal agrees with Banksie that it is indeed fresh evidence then the tables on this fiasco will be switched around to-the-other-side as fast as a heart valve. And if so, then all the hill-billys from the screechy Left who have been pursuing this poor man and throwing mud and slur upon his good name will witness an act-of-God haha John Banks resurrecting himself from purgatory. Holy hell. Watch out Dotcom and McCready and Bright. Here comes Banksie. This is going to be brilliant and the victorious smirk on John Banks handsome features if everything gets quashed is going to be better than the one he gave Don Brash in 2011, who self-centredly resigned before bringing up the Act Partys new MP to the microphone. And I can tell the heckling-hags-of-Kingsland, Banksies wont be sorry for being an innocent man. Hell be laughing too much to care what the Lizard-Loving-Lefty-Lizzies think.
