Just yesterday Tamara and I were sitting around talking about how cool it would be to have a local based restaurant that served only cool delicious local food that was super healthy. No, I dont need another business venture but yes it was a fun idea! Anyway, then we started thinking back to one summer when we just ate food from within 100 miles of where we lived. It was so fun to try to do this and made us realize how we really on a day to day basis hadnt been supporting our local growers and food producers. Then last night Reg Smart sent me this video...talk about Karma...ok so I think I get the message. After I finish up whats in the house this week its LOCAL for at least the rest of the summer and maybe the rest of the year.
