Justification is the final verdict of God whereby He not only forgives & pardons the sins of the believer but also declares the believer perfectly righteous by imputing, or crediting, the obedience & righteousness of Christ Himself to the believer—solely through faith. It is therefore on the basis of Christs life & atonement that God pronounces believers to have fulfilled all the requirements of the law which pertain to them.”
