K...another rant Lol. I detest shopping in the town, for the simple fact these people dont care. Dont care how long you wait, whether you get your change and half the time they wont even look you in the eye when cashing you out or even acknowledge that your even there. Wal-mart is one of these stores. I do my best to stay away from that store. And what really gets me is that these are the same people who are demanding double digit pay. I dont think so! I know times have changed (unfortunately), but the corporate world I came from...we were timed on job performance (it had to be in some instances...in seconds!), the customer was #1 priority, not our phone, not chit chatting while someone else is sinking, there was teamwork and ZERO tolerance for laziness or rudeness. I guess that is why I was a tyrant when I was a manager. My employess not only reflected our store, but also me. I did not tolerate all the BS going on today. Like I have told Phillip Workman on numerous occasions...your employees are LUCKY I am not there, I would fire every single one of them and start over. I did not go to work to make friends, but all I asked was for them to do their jobs and we got along fine. Call me mean, but thats not the case. The case is: noone cares about customer service anymore but want ridiculous pay to do...nothing. Next! Rant over Lol
