KARACHI: Sindh Interior Ministry has extended the ban on - TopicsExpress

KARACHI: Sindh Interior Ministry has extended the ban on pillion-riding in Karachi for two more days till Tuesday (September 19), ARY News reported. According to officials the ban has been lifted off the rest of the province, but will stay in place in the mega polis keeping in view the security concerns. Provincial governments across Pakistan had imposed the ban on pillion-riding to ensure effective security during Muharram 9 and 10. Earlier, the ban was extended on 10 for two day all across the Sindh on the request of Police, and now it has been prolonged for two more days till Muharram 14 in Karachi.
