Preparation of prime cost estimates, tenders in accordance with client requirements and risk analysis for justification of contingency if any for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price. Prepares cost comparison sheets for all supply & Sub-contractor items. Do pricing for the complete project as per company’s pricing format .Attends to Internal Kick-Off Meeting & hand over all the contract documents to the Project team & clarifies all doubt., Proficient in the use of MS Office Software SR.Planning Engineer/ Planning Engineer : B.E/DME with 6 to 12 yrs. experience preferably in EPIC / EPC Projects in Oil & Gas Construction Environment & Proficient in the use of Primavera version 3 or 6 and MS Office Software. Lead QAQC Engineer (Mechanical): B.E. Mech with 10 yrs exp. In QC in Oil and Gas ( 5 yrs. On shore) , ISO Lead Auditor, CSWIP 3.1 , ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT .Experience in developing, implementing and managing project quality assurance programmes for engineering design, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up & commissioning of oil & gas production, facilities projects .Experience in developing Quality System Audit Programmes based on ISO 9001 and contract requirements PLANNING ENGINEERS : 4 : DCE/DME with MS Project / Primavera having min 6 yrs. exp. & knowledge of Insulation, Painting and Scaffolding works in oil and gas industries. Well versed with computers especially MS Excel & Autocad. Preparation of schedule of works, manpower and resources mobilization schedule, material take-off, preparation of progress reports and tracking, co-ordination with client’s representative. Tracking of extra works and variations.
