KEBEA is passed one more stage with retirements of General secretary and president . It is this team who wanted that retired engineers should not have any say in association but they cling to power and dont want to conduct election or do justice to members . It is not known whether that they are waiting to fill their treasure of sin before they leave the association. Do they have any morality to hold the director of ESCOMs post as it is an ex-officio too. When they themselves are certain that they can not do any good thing to Engineers / members , as retired engineers , what for they waiting. Are they taking time to destroy the evidences of their sin. Any way some polarisation is going on. But whoever comes , they should not be untrustworthy or criminal or anti-engineers . They should be generous to take the engineering fraternity as a whole to the higher ups. Mr Rajendra kumar is requesting support and he hopes to have support some group of people which is not certain. Mr Ashok kumar has not come openly but he is depending on Mr V V S reddy for support . He is believing that all GESCOM people will vote for him because he worked there. Mrs Jayashree nurtures ambition and wishes that she may get all votes of lady engineers.Shivanna is also interested and again depends on VVS Reddy support . Mr Thippeswamy also interested but dont know how to manage . He is caught between Reddy and Ravi. Mr Ravi is in ambiguity that what he should do. He is disgusted of Reddy and team. Finally Mr Jayaraj and associates are constantly working to rope in each of the groups and members. He has many calculations to get support. he counts on south , north ,old team and Ravi , migraion from Reddy team etc. It is election time and Mr Modi Plan to power . Money may has to flow from all candidates . It may be election festivity and later as usual . over all ,the whole of power sector is in dilemma in terms of programmes , policies and the quality of service . THE ENGINEERS are at RECEIVING END . Policy makers and bosses are enjoying the comforts of chairs . AIPEF , SIPEF and EAs have lost biting power. The new Govts are yet to make up their firm policies to get the power flow in active mode . It is not only the leader but also honest working committee members that are the need of a good association. Monopoly is not to be . Take care to curb dictator attitude , mischievous people and selfish people away from Association. People / Engineers with individuality should be elected . Avoid sycophants
