POSITION TITLE*: Software Development Engineer POSITION PURPOSE * Work with a development team lead to develop custom modules for a J2EE based facilities management solution * Learn the architecture of the existing solution and understand customization points. * Study business logic requirements for the custom module and develop Java code to implement the same. * On-site opportunities possible in near future for successful candidates with excellent communication skills. *Strong in Core Java/Oracle/MySql QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: MCA/B-Tech/M-Tech REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE : Good understanding of software development skills. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 0-1 Years SKILLS/ABILITIES: Code and maintain components in Java using Application Data Framework on Oracle Application Server Train and mentor existing technical staff on OO and Web paradigm Clarify business requirements by working with business analysts and end users; create detailed design specifications to address user goals; formulate plans - outlining steps required to develop programs for design deliverables Participate in requirements, design and code; peer reviews as required Estimate assigned work effort and be accountable for completion dates Analyze, review and modify programs to increase operating efficiency Follow and improve established programming standards and frameworks, and perform unit testing Development to include new product development, customizations, enhancements and support Provide application support for Production, UAT and QA users Proven leadership role in building and maintaining enterprise solutions in client/server and multi-tier web environments Strong understanding and experience with designing client/server and multi-tier architectures Experience with performance tuning in SQL and multi-tier web environments TERMS & CONDITIONS Salary: 1.5 – 2.0 Lacs Place of Work: Gurgaon
