Ive seen your face and could recognize it as a TV personality, but I wouldnt have a clue what show youre on or recognize your name. Ever. Social media is all abuzz this morning with people sharing a video clip of your TV show, so I watched it for the first time. All 12 seconds of it. Just long enough to hear you say to the world We dressed in leather like a couple of losers, really, like at the biker bar. Wow. Just wow. And you call yourself a journalist. I think America is already a powder keg, struggling with discrimination and sterotyping. Think Treyvon. Think Michael Brown. Think Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos. All stereotyped. All discriminated against. I was going to tune in today to watch and see if you apologized for your offensive rhetoric. I decided against it. Im not going to boost your ratings by tuning in today. I wont reward your ignorant comments. Instead, Ill wait for the apology to make it onto social media. And if youre not apologizing, Id like you to please explain to your viewers how any of those words you spoke in those 12 seconds are acceptable?
