Organizes, reviews, and monitors the preparation of daily and monthly reports related to production and accounting/ finance in Estate are produced timely, accurately and in accordance to company policies and procedures. Performs general accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data which includes ledgers and preparation of journal entries, fixed assets/ inventory accounting, preparation of trial balance, cost accounting, and bank account reconciliation are conducted accurately, timely, and in accordance to company policy and procedures. Monitor & administer the expiration dates of the various permits/ licenses/ ijin for extension/ renewal relating to the estate operations. Additional job scope from Jakarta Finance Department Recommends improvement of administrative policies and procedures in Estate for smoother operational activities. Plans and coordinates with relevant functions for Estate’s annual budget preparation and logistic operation activities. Secures and safe-guards all information/documentations which are confidential in nature in order to protect the overall company’s interest from unauthorized parties. Reviews, coaches, and monitors the performance of relevant subordinates to ensure improvement of each individual performance which resulted to positive business outcome. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): bookkeeping, payroll, finance management, general accounting, checkroll. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
