Katie’s (Stark) wallet was taken from her unlocked locker(!) in the pool locker room during high school swim practices on Tuesday, Oct. 1. She was not aware it was missing until today. All possibilities have been exhausted. It is gone and given she only goes between the pool and home (homeschool) Monday – Wednesday, there are no other places it could have disappeared. The wallet held her debit card, which we have canceled, her driver’s license and $150 in cash that she had just been paid for work she did for her dad Aug/Sept, and that she had not yet deposited. Hard lesson learned there. The wallet was a small purple and sage green plaid Dakine wallet that zipped up. It is not a common wallet and was not purchased in AK. If it is found, please at least return the wallet to the pool lifeguard staff to hold in the lost and found – no questions asked. The wallet was a special gift when Katie got her license and although she is pretty upset about all else, she was attached to the wallet. Please let us know if you know anything! Thank you !
