Katrina would like to know... I get huge knots in my back to help ease the pressure and pain i have my kids rub my back try to loosen them up but the next the spots feel sore and like i am bruised no matter how gently they rub.. i have recently stared to get them on the bottom of my feet and it feels like i have something in my shoe and since i am on my feet all day at work and im am hurting as it is this is making it even worse..does anyone else have this problem and if so is there anything to at least ease the pain.. I would b forever grateful for any advice.
