Kaylee, my four year granddaughter, was such a little trooper today after learning that her elbow was definitely broken. The only time she cried was when they took X-rays and this was because they were making her straighten her arm out and it hurt! The lollipop that they gave her to get her mind off of the ordeal did not work at all! BUT, the tech that put her cast on offered her chocolate and this worked like a charm! She sat very still and let him put the cast on without making a sound, not even a whimper. I tell you, shes a little girl after my own heart because I too can be pacified with chocolate!
