Keep me in mind this deer season. Accepting deer to process this year. Anyway you would like it cut. EXCEPT for large cuts with the bone in. No large meat/band saw, or smoked. $50.00 for processing. If you would like the venison in standerd packaging (wax paper/freezer bags) $60.00. Vacum packaging would have to be discussed based on how many different cuts are wanted, but $70.00 minimum to start. Seasond and blended meats $80.00 to start with. Also is variable based on what type of meat one would prefer it be mixed with and how much. Lamb can get expensive in a hurry. All of these prices are if i provide everything. If someone wants to privde some of the materials required it would obviously effect the price. Caning is an option also. But due to the fact that is in fact illegal to do this i can not "publicly" condone this method. All prices are variable, but this will be my basic pricing.
