Keep on pushing on to be better every day. If you make a diet mistake or skip a workout, learn & implement the lesson, move on, but dont be too hard on yourself. Most “Mistake Mountains” are minor molehills, just little bits of damage to deal with, or simply small obstacles to overcome. As Winston Churchill said, “If you’re going through he**, keep going.” It WILL get better. Never give up on what is important to you.
