Kerry Kennedy’s drugged-driving trial has been set for Feb. 24, even as her attorney sought to have the charge dismissed. Kennedy, arrested in July 2012 after a car accident in North Castle, said little during her 15-minute appearance Thursday before acting state Supreme Court Justice Robert Neary at the Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains. At the request of her lawyers, Kennedy was excused from appearing in court for the jury selection process, scheduled to begin Feb. 20. Kennedy said that she would be in Brussels and the western Sahara, doing human rights work at that time.
