Kevin OBrien Chang made some good points in his critique of Portias conference speech. There are two that come readily to mind ... .......... One was the fact that she LIED about this administration inheriting 14 consecutive quarters of negative growth from the previous JLP Govt. .......... The second is that the PNP has been in power for 21 of the past 25 years (84% of the time). I think that second point is one that the JLP should hammer, really drive home ... so that the people dont forget ... before the next general election. Most people recognize that Jamaica is in a pickle right now ... and while both parties must share the responsibility for the country being where it is ... both parties should not have to share the blame equally. If the PNP has been in power for 21 of the 25 years, then they should take 84% of the blame.
