Khách hàng của StartJobs tuyển : Finance & Administration Manager (f&a Manager) Link startjobs.vn/tim-viec-nhanh/finance-administration-manager-fa-manager-1012-2.html MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Finance: - Developing and managing financial systems. - Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure - Managing budgets - Issue and manage invoices, paying off the routine expenses. - Manage cash & bank payments, account payable, make sure all payment vouchers and accounting documents are properly created, signed and filed. - Preparation of financial statements & financial management reports - Finalization and submission of monthly/quarterly/annual statutory reports to local authorities - Cooperate with related units, such as parent company, audit firm, etc. - Record all accounting transactions into general ledgers & sub ledgers - Responsible for declaring company taxes and payment (including CIT, VAT, etc.) - Declare and pay for personal income tax and social insurance of company staff. Administration - Keep the ESI HR procedures and conduct the HR-related administration as local HR staff. - Manage, coordinate and perform all procurement and contracting activities. - Deal with rent commitments, office furniture/equipment, utilities, sanitation, security and transport. - Coordinating workflow with various departments on any issue that relates to administration suppliers and service providers. Yêu cầu khác Knowledge & Experience - Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in financial and administrative management - Working experience in engineering or service company is preferred. - Working experience in non-Vietnamese company is preferred. Capabilities - Strong financial management, organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented setting are necessary - Ability to cope with stress and deadlines - Proficiency in M.S Word, Excel, Power Point.
