Kia ora iwi After listening and looking at the comments, it seems we may need a plan to clear up any uncertainties with 28th maori bat. We have been working to a motto, korero, give koha, recieve koha and helping each other especially those in need of help ..newbies. However this is a game and many of us have differnet views on how to play, which are all valid and makes this clan great. So lets start with koha. We say alot koha is koha, and if players want specific troops no harm in asking, but if a noob gives then koha, we should be just as grateful as recieving a higher level troop. Its easy to forget that we all started off the same and needed help from older players...and without them we wouldnt be moving on in the game and most if not all of us have moved up with the help of experienced players. On the other hand I understand the higher level players need higher troops to win attacks as not to lose trophies, in this case request off specific players for koha, ie if you need a need a dragon ask a specific player this is one area we are very strong at, we will give but at least this helps higher level players as well. For the newbies its scary when they see on the request.. level 3 only, or dragons only. I think nebies should just not worry about what they shall give...but to give regardless, and its up to us as experience players to request from each specific trrops through korero if need be. To to sum up, newbies donate regardless of requests, higher levels in need of specific troops korero with other member for those requests Donates. Newbies: We all inform newbies to donate first before requesting (We do this anyway) please warn then as some newbies dont know the donating game..especially bronze players, we need to nature them, give them the motto, korero, donate, help out and your get the recieves.. I see we will need some rules here to stop any confusion. So for newbies the guidelines below 1 week limit newbie bronze players - 20 donates, 10 recieves newbie silver players - 50 donates, 25 recieves newbie gold players - 100 donates 50 recieves new cystal players 200 donates 100 recieves Its goig to hard to monitor the above but at least its a guideline, also to be reviewed at the end of the month... we may need to tweak it as well. My last thing is elder promotion, I feel it a little low, and Id like to increase the limit from 1250 to 1500, all elders current are fine, but Id want to drive this clan higher, also the normal korero, helping others a must as well.
