“Kids hate it. But it’s just non-negotiable. It becomes part of their routine before school, a play date, a swim lesson, or anything else they do: they have to put on sunscreen. If you have to bribe them, use a sticker chart. But, whatever it is, it’s going on. If your kids get one bad sunburn in their childhood, it can double their chances of skin cancer later in life, so you have to be vigilant. Sunscreen has to become a no-brainer. There are all different ways to apply it. The kids can rub it on their faces, and you can spray it on their bodies. You can have it in your car, in your bag, at home in every drawer.
