King David was also a murderer. I could write an entire book that extrapolates the often horrific personality traits and diabolical deeds of EVERY prophet, king, disciple and apostle named in the Bible. Yet so many of the so-called Christians I know are still attending a church where they believe that the pastor is virtually infallible and would be SHOCKED if they knew what he was doing behind closed doors and what really goes on in his personal life. But, true to form, they prefer to continue to place their hope in an illusion.
