Kitchen Refurbishment - After 5 incredibly busy years we are having a major revamp in the kitchen. There is no way to carry out these works other than a complete closure for a couple of weeks. We will be closed after lunch on Sunday 17th August and will reopen for dinner on Tuesday 2nd September. So what are we doing that requires us to close? Well we are installing a brand new floor , improving the extraction and installing new equipment. Our head chef, Mark Kempson, is really excited about the installation of a brand new Induction range. The innovative technology will improve the environment of all the chefs working in the kitchen. The reduction in energy consumption will help us achieve our sustainability targets. Owners, Phil Howard and Rebecca Mascarenhas, have invested a lot in making the restaurant a more sustainable business. Our collective belief in improving our carbon footprint informs a lot of our choices. We apologise if this temporary closure causes any inconvenience. Our sister restaurant - Sonnys Kitchen - will be open. David Chevalier, our General Manager, will be on hand to answer the phone and respond to emails, so please do contact us to make a reservation when we reopen on the 2nd September.
