Kk and I arent feeling well today so she stayed home. .. And Im so glad she did. She got up to get the mail and saw our elderly neighbour fall and bust her nose and face really bad. She responded amazingly. She ran over grabbed napkins for her face that was bleeding and called me immediately. She stayed right their with her and didnt leave her side, then when I ran over she called 911 and explained everything so perfectly. She wants to be a dispatcher one day and honestly I didnt know how she would handle that kind of trauma. But today my eyes fill up with tears bc my brave girl held it together and did what not many other 10 year olds would do. Im so proud of her act of courage!
