Having a HUMBLE mind about where we are and all weve accomplished is one of the keys to having a peaceful, stress-free, and successful cake business. Dont ever let a single day go by where you dont recognize and ACKNOWLEDGE that every ounce of talent you have is a gift to you from God. Lets NOT EVER look down on other cake artists. God has ALSO given them talents. Remember how long it took you to develop your skills? Everyone has got to start somewhere... You may be REALLY GOOD at sculpting figures, but youre NOT BETTER than somebody else. You may be EXCELLENT at hand-piping lace, but youre NOT BETTER than somebody else. You may be AWESOME at teaching people, but youre NOT BETTER than another cake artist. In Christ, ALL distinctions VANISH. Thats WONDERFUL news for ALL OF US! Why? Because when you see another cake artist IMPROVING, becoming PROSPEROUS, and SUCCESSFUL, it means that YOU CAN TOO! If God is doing it for other cake artists, HE WILL do it for you!!! Trust Gods timing in your life! Be thankful for ALL He HAS DONE, all He IS DOING, and all He WILL DO in your life! You want a FAIL PROOF cake business? Then put God IN IT! If God is IN IT, it CANNOT FAIL! What WONDERFUL and GOOD NEWS!!!
