Krista Raymond asked My 5 year old female Dane was just diagnosed with cranial cruciate ligament disease today by the vet. (Basically a torn ACL) We were playing a simple game of fetch and she tore it running. Surgery is the only real fix, but it is expensive. (I have 2 small children and life expenses) I feel so torn and loss at what to do. Lucky, she doesnt seem to be in pain now, but I just want to do whats good for her and also my family. Advice please? !
