Kyle needs your help: I just had an interview for a job I really, really want. But after the questions they asked me . . . now Im not sure. The first question was: Describe your favorite movie in 14 words or less. And you had to do it in your head, no pen and paper. So I was literally counting words on my fingers, like an idiot. Then they asked me how Id get a client from the airport to the office, if they were flying into town to visit the company. Huh? And the interview actually got worse from there. Whats the point of these stupid interview questions? Are interviewers these days looking online for random questions to test people? I thought it was supposed to be a real conversation between two human beings.
