LABYRINTH MEDITATION WALK & REIKI HEALING WITH DR. DEAN (SUKH SHABAD SINGH)!!! WOW!! On a very early Saturday (June 29th) morning with light rain and wind (making this time very auspicious), Dr. Dean (Sukh Shabad Singh) taught and led us through a very unique, beautiful, healing Labyrinth Meditation Walk with Reiki Healing at the Common Ground in Sayville. He began with an education on how to walk a Labyrinth and the Reiki Crystal Healing Grid (which was placed in the center of the Labyrinth). Through QiGong warming energy movements and a guided Breath Walk using a specific breath, he prepared us for our Labyrinth Meditation & Reiki Healing Journey. We received Reiki Healing through our walk and once we were at the Labyrinth center, we connected with the Reiki Crystal Healing Grids – the healing energy was beyond anything anyone expected. The feedback from everyone was incredible – from the appreciation of Sukh Shabad’s guidance, knowledge and teachings to the connection of the Labyrinth Meditation and the Reiki Healing.
