LADIES BE PATIENT WITH A GOOD MAN! Men tend to develop on a different schedule than women. I was not fully developed emotionally, as a man, until I crossed forty years of age. I really started growing up around thirty. Sometimes a man just needs time to grow. If a man is respectful, gentle and trying hes worth waiting on. Sometimes you have to do like Eve and HELP him. Help him by: 1. Helping him to focus on his gifts. We dont have the best focus as men sometimes and we need a woman who will steer us back to the course. 2. Make a big deal out of his accomplishments, no matter how small. A man will repeat any behavior that his woman celebrates. The EGO is big with men. 3. Demonstrate great respect for him publicly. This makes him feel like a man and subsequently he may develop faster. 4. Develop a strategy centered around his articulation of a personal vision. SOMETIMES WAITING ON A GOOD MAN TO DEVELOP IS WORTH THE WAIT
