*** LADY IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC ADOPTION TONIGHT *** A Boerboel mix is not a common breed mix to see on a day to day basis, and all it means is farm dog. LADY is a seventy three pound tan and gray eight year old senior, who unfortunately has been surrendered due to her costs. An economic predicament has put this poor girl in an unfamiliar environment. Her health is okay, senior things that come at eight years old, worn teeth, a dry coat, a lesion on her hind quarter that may need addressing. Her behavior was quite admirable during her medical evaluation, and she is recommended for a home with no small children. The NYCACC is quick to list seniors, even still young seniors like LADY. She will be destroyed tomorrow unless we come to her aid. A foster or adopter can save her life, we need to spread the word and tell her story. LADY is a beautiful dog that should be in the comfort of a home. Her deadline is noon tomorrow and her precious life hangs in the balance.
