LET ME SHARE SOMETHING ABOUT FACTS! As I look at the aftermath of what happened after the Verdict I see a group destroying their own city.......My heart goes out to those that hurt! HOWEVER, we have to understand that whatever case or tragedy that takes place the System has to follow the Facts. I have served on a Grand Jury in the past. FACTUAL information can not be denied........ Regardless of how people may feel about Mike Brown getting shot and killed there are Laws in place for what Caused the incident. He was a suspect in a previous incident and caused officer Wilson to approach him. Fact is he had on the wardrobe and fit the description of the perpetrator. Once a confrontation started the LAWS of the SYSTEM went into full effect. Consistent witness testimony along with physical evidence was presented to the Grand Jury and they had to follow the Facts presented. Instead of being so emotional and mad in a lot of cases we need to look at FACTS.....or perhaps get in a position where you can be apart of making the Laws, become an attorney, go into Law enforcement or at the minimum vote and make a difference.....Looting & Burning down Stuff and destroying stuff is not the solution. (I must add that I have never heard of a Grand Jury getting as much information as they did just to decide on an indictment.....some things that were made aware and available to them are usually brought up in a Trial) HOWEVER they had FACTS to go on and that is why we have people to have Jury Duty and Grand Jury Duty....Because a lot of people would just go on Rumors & Emotions and that System would be worse. In closing learn to follow the FACTS not the EMOTIONS! We have to look at this entire tragedy and learn........I tell my sons and other young men Dont put yourself in a situation where Law Enforcement have to Enforce the Law.............Yall may get mad with me when I say this but the root cause of this was that box of Cigarillos.........I beg my kids to stay out of them stores if you dont have any money and dont be in the store with other people that dont have money because if they get caught stealing you going to jail too because you were the look out person even if you had no idea the other person was stealing.........We need some of them old school Grandmas & Mamas Back to help raise these children Today!
