Shun any act that would destroy the Good Name of the Institution such as Cultism,Drug Abuse,Robbery,Prostitution,Raping,Immoral dressing,illegal Criticism,Examination Malpractice,Devastation,assaults,Fighting,and any other form of anti-social vices like Religious Fanaticism,Ethnicity or other psychosocial bases of violence. Remember Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University,Lapais Vision is to become a world Class Centre of Leaning and the best way her Vision would come into reality is through definiteness of purpose. Let me use this paramount medium to Congratulate the FRESH Students and also sing a song of warnings and advice to your hearings cos what the mind of man conceive and believe,it can achieve. Never deviate from your primary assignment(Academics) cos without been determined and focus the only result would be failure(that will never be each and everyone of yous portion). IBBUL is a community that trains leaders and not product and I do hope you understand how privileged you were to secure admission in the mist of thousands who could not.
