LFD and RCEMS, I would like to congratulate LFD Engineer Chad Williams, Firefighter Shane Richardson Firefighter Sam Christopher RCEMS Paramedic Michael Wall and Jimmy Mc Donald for a job well done last Monday night. At approximately 6pm Monday December 29th, Ladder 3 and Medic 9 responded to a 20 month old infant not breathing. Ladder 3 crew arrived first to start basic life saving procedures on the infant that was not breathing and was pulseless. Within minutes, Medic 9 arrived on the scene. Paramedic Wall and Mc Donald provided advanced medical treatment while Ladder 3 crew provided basic treatment. Together, the teams transported emergency to StoneCrest Medical Center performing life saving techniques. Firefighter Christopher assisted Medic Wall and Medic Mc Donald in the back of the ambulance while Firefighter Richardson drove them to the hospital. Thanks to these fine gentlemen a life was brought back and we pray for the patients recovery. Thank you for your professionalism and your dedication in serving others. Job well done!
