There are two different money back policies both done on the same date 28-3-93 for my wife ( U khetan) and myself ( SK Khetan) but for the year 208 I am yet to recive the Surival benefit cheque of Rs 10, 000 each so total Rs 20, 000. I was not able to track that initally in 2008 because of my deterioritating health conditions and then when I tracked down in 2012 with my agent ( Gouri Patra and Bidhan Patra) I was told that the cheque was issued and has been encashed. I have also submitted a letter to LIC asking the details of same who encasehed and other details but no response till now as usual . Shoudl we teh citizens of India consider it to be a Clever and Cheap quality game played by LIC on the innocent Indians and taking the advantage of their hard earned money and utilising it to WIN awards by showcasing FAKE and FALSE picture. If they cant verify and respond to customer shouldnot they put a note in their policies that it is all teh customers responsibility top track their money as all teh officers in LIC are not technically smart enough so LIC is deprived of computers and also cant respond to teh old mailing systme of India when they receive grievances. I just need to know how can the details of my policy 411493081 and 411492970 be tracked. And a suggestion LIC first be committed to your work and stop playing with money of possr INDIANS and once reformed then go to take AWARDs and project your picture else you people are really operated bunch of cheaters and big fools.
