LIME makes major changes to benefit Customers! Roseau, Dominica – August 1st, 2013 - Customers of leading telecommunications provider LIME got the most amazing news yesterday as the company announced some major changes to benefit it’s thousands of customers across the length and breadth of Dominica. VAT Re-application - Effective August 1, LIME’s prepaid customers purchasing credit (topup) from the LIME flagship store or any of the topup agents island wide will receive the full amount of topup paid for. Speaking ahead of the launch of these new packages and prices, LIME’s Jeffrey Baptiste spoke of continued effort by LIME to ensure that their customers receive full value for every service they purchase from LIME. “Our customers expressed the view that it was important to them to receive the full amount of credit bought as opposed to having the VAT removed upfront upon purchase, and we have pulled all the stops to facilitate our customers.” Mr. Baptiste further stated that, “We have always been open to feedback from our customers and when they speak, we listen.” In addition to what is termed the ‘VAT Re-application Project’, customers will see and enjoy more value from LIME through the purchasing of prepaid packages and plans including the most popular TK7 and Blackberry Service. Double Bubble- With the news that customers are now receiving their full credit (topup) as purchased, LIME is celebrating this with a Double Bubble yesterday across the island. Customers who bought credit between ten dollars ($10) and forty dollars ($40) got double the amount. 20 % reduction in calling rates to Guadeloupe & Martinique ($0.80 per minute)- The news only gets better from LIME. Being uniquely positioned between the two French islands, we believe in the importance of keeping in touch and being connected. Our customers will now have the opportunity to connect with family, friends and businesses in the neighboring islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique at a lower cost of just eighty cents ($0.80) per minute.
