LINK CREW INDUCTS NEW MEMBERS FOR 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR: Writer: Brandon Bering LINK Crew is a program at Howell High School that involves upperclassmen mentoring the underclassmen, particularly the freshman class. Its goal is to improve relations and to make the school a better place for everyone. New members to LINK Crew members received their letters on Tuesday, April 29. The first event having to do with LINK Crew, the development day, was on Thursday, May 8. Two-hundred and forty students applied to be a part of the crew for the 2014-2015 year and 160 students were inducted. “This is a program that is going to make a difference in students’ lives,” says adviser, Mr. Aaron Metz, in the LINK Crew Leader letter.
