LOL... WUT? So if Im at home and a private corporation, not government agency comes knocking down my door, am I cleared hot to treat them like a bunch of clerks from Home Depot kicking in my door? Does this not meet the classic definition of Fascism? A tight Government-Big Business oligarchy with charismatic dictator or figurehead, and expansionist, scapegoating, and nationalistic ideologies. In at least 36 percent of the SWAT raids studied, no contraband of any kind was found. The report notes that due to incomplete police reports on these raids this figure could be as high as 65 percent. Some of these LECs have also apparently incorporated as 501(c)(3) organizations. And it’s here that we run into problems. According to the ACLU, the LECs are claiming that the 501(c)(3) status means that they’re private corporations, not government agencies.
