LOOKING FOR A FLATMATE – ROOM UP FOR GRAB IN NAVIGLI AREA Hi, my friend Giulio and I both study in Milan and have lived in this apartment for over 2 years but now that I’m leaving for Erasmus I need someone to fill in the gap for me in the upcoming months. The place is up for grab since DECEMBER/JANUARY UNTIL ALL JUNE 2015, with eventual possibility to extend it for the summer. The apartment is a cosy 55mq flat consisting of: living room with functional kitchen area, shared bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath tub, anteroom and balcony. Parquet in all rooms except bathroom. Fully furnished and equipped. The apartment is at VIA VILLORESI, third floor of a two blocks complex with a inner yard and a concierge. Very quiet and safe. Located between PORTA GENOVA and ROMOLO M2 green line , 7 minutes from the heart of Navigli. Three supermarkets, two gyms, bank, bookstore and park all situated within a 5-7 minute walk radius. Bus stops for 74/47/91/90 and tram n.2 just behind the corner. COST IS 450€ EXCLUDING ELECTRICITY AND INTERNET WHICH AMOUNT ROUGHLY AT 40€ PER MONTH. HEATING IS CENTRALISED AND IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. So we’re looking for someone, preferably a student, either male or female, who is willing to be a good flatmate and most of all ready to have a PLEASANT, FUN STAY IN MILAN.
