LXT in collaboration with Crank Music Group and Mama Trash Promotions, Inc. are happy to announce the new release of the Italian Industrial Metal ACT LXT (Latexxx Teens). After some radical changes to the line up, the Teens strike back, with a new, exciting chapter in their life. The new CD, “Cold Heart And Old Scars” will be a rapprochement of the band to the more acoustic sound of their beginnings with a strong rock attitude. They mix dark and scary atmospheres and reveal a journey into the human’s most basic nature. The lyrics are a passage into the deepest and darkest side of the mind. Touching sadness, melancholy, and rage against not being strong enough to change our lives… “We all live, fall, bleed and rise up again, harder and stronger, fortified by our mistakes.” The CD release party organized in collaboration with Jo “Mama Trash” Sheldon of Mama Trash Promotions, Inc. will take place during Trash Fest VI @ Gloria in Helsinki, Finland on Friday, October 4, 2013. Latexxx Teens will share the stage that night with Crystal Rain (Finland), Sinnergod(UK), ToxicRose (Sweden) and Private Line (Finland). The Trash Family has recently been intimately affected by breast cancer, so the band is currently working on a new single called ”Warriors”. This single will only be available online and all proceeds of the MP3 will be donated to breast cancer research. This important international project was born from an idea of Kami “Plastik” Kopat and Aaron James, “AJ” (singer of the English punk/rock ‘n’ roll band, New Generation Superstars). The single will be produced by Crank Music Group and will include singers from the Mama Trash Family Roster. In addition to Kami and AJ, Trash Family singers include: Acey Slade (Joan Jett and The Blackhearts/Acey Slade & The Dark Party), Sammy Aaltonen (Private Line), Chris Harms (Lord Of The Lost) and Chris Wicked (Malice In Wonderland). The song will be performed live for the very first time at Trash Fest VI during Latexxx Teens’ set. Stay tuned for more news coming soon.
