Lack of evidence forces London court to suspend case against Ibori The assets confiscation hearing of former Delta State Governor James Ibori has been adjourned for lack of evidence. Presiding judge, Anthony Pitts, after Hearing submissions in the case on Monday adjourned proceeding till early next year He explained the move was to allow both the defendant and prosecutors acquit themselves with more evidence.
