Lancaster Estates Dream House Challenge PROMO MECHANICS Promo Type: Short Essay Contest Promo Duration: October 19, 2013 to January 18, 2014 Prize :One IPAD Mini per month (total of three IPAD Minis) Definition of Terms Lancaster Dreamhouse Challenge - a facebook game that tasks the player to look for lost items or solve simple puzzles. The application has up to five (5) levels. App User - refers to a person who is playing the Lancaster Dreamhouse Challenge Eligibility The game may be played by all facebook users. However, those eligible to win the prices are subject to the following conditions: Winner of the prize must be a Filipino Citizen Winners should reside in Greater Manila Area (GMA) Must be 18 years old and above Profriends employees, brokers, and agent, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are automatically disqualified from winning prizes. Mechanics The App User must first like the official Lancaster Facebook Page to play the Lancaster Dreamhouse Challenge. The user can pause the game and can also log out while the game commences. If he/she logs out and reloads it, he/she will be redirected to the previous level he/she was in. After completing all five (5) levels of the Lancaster Dreamhouse Challenge, App User must fill in the following fields: name, contact number, postal address, e-mail address, and post a one to two sentence answer to the question: What makes Lancaster New City Complete? ProFriends will post all App Users answers in the official Lancaster Facebook Fan Page and will choose the best answer of each month. The app user with the best answer for each month based on criteria (October 19, 2013 to November 18, 2013; November 19, 2013 to December 18, 2013; and December 19, 2013 to January 18, 2013) will win an IPAD Mini. Profriends will notify the winner of the IPAD Mini via call, e-mail, and registered mail. Likewise, the winner will be announced on facebook. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. Prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash. Promo period will be from October 19, 2013 to January 18, 2013. The winners will be judged based on the following criteria: 40% - Relevance (Answer must be appropriate to Lancaster New Citys amenities and community features) 40% - Creativity (Original and artistic use of words to depict the completeness of Lancaster New City) 20% - Sentence Construction (Sentence must be grammatically correct. If tag-lish, must be comprehensive) A participant can only win once. The GMA winners may claim the prize at the Profriends Marketing Office, 212 Haig St. Barangay Daang Bakal, Mandaluyong. He/she must bring two valid IDs. Failure to provide two (2) valid IDs when claiming the prize forfeits the winner of the prize. Failure to claim the prize sixty (60) days from the day of notification may forfeit the winner of the prize with prior DTI approval.
