Language of a caretaker: ‘There are people I care about who don’t, wont or cant seem to take care of themselves - so I have to because if I don’t they won’t survive without me and I can’t live with that’. Only when we get the courage to begin cleaning up our own life by not interfering with theirs can mutual growth occur. Adopting such practice is not for the faint of heart.
