Lasagna 1 pound lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped (or approx. 2 Tbs dried minced) 2 6oz cans tomato paste 1 14.5o can diced tomatoes 1 pound cooked shredded chicken breast -OR- 1 large can chunk chicken 1 jar alfredo sauce 15oz ricotta cheese ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 1 large egg 9 oven ready lasagna noodles 2 cups shredded mozzarella Directions Mix chicken into the alfredo sauce. Set aside. Blend ricotta cheese, parmesan and egg until smooth. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread 1 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover sauce with 3 noodles. Cover noodles with 1/3 of the remaining sauce. Top with half the mozzarella. Place another layer of noodles and one of sauce over the mozzarella; top that with with the ricotta mixture. Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining sauce. Cover and bake in preheated oven 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining mozarella on top. Bake 15 minute more, until golden and bubbly.
