Last big tour day! Decided on Bonita Beach to the south down the Tamiami. Breakfast at Dollys. Shan had breakfast there with the girls 2 years ago. Rotary Christmas tree sales under a tent. Out to the beach. .. We owned it! Barely anyone there! Video posted below. Walked about 2 K down then back again. 5 million dollar beach front mansions from the elegant, eccentric and the exotic! Collected some Bonita Bounty (shells). Drove north on Estero Island the entire distance to Ft. Myers Beach and discovered the Peirside Grill for a seafood taco, Key West draft and an Ashton cigar. Watched two dolphins playing just off shore beside the pier. Across the bay (you can see under the pier) is where we saw two at the south end of Sanibel Island a few days ago. Some great shopping in the Christmas decorated Times Square District. Trip end was only a half hour from home and a pizza tv night.
