Last night- July 24th, I parked my car at the outfield fence line of Casey Jones North ball field. There was a rodeo at the arena and a mens softball game on the South CJ Field. As I stepped out of my car I saw that all activity had come to a halt. The rodeo had started to play the National Anthem. While I stood there with my hand over my heart, I saw that every person in our park was doing the same thing. The mens softball game stopped their game and stood at attention as well. I am proud to see the patriotism in our community.
