Last night I had the most awesome chance to have to deadlift party with one of my favorite powerlifters and WNBF Figure Pro girl, Leanna Carr, at a rugged, hardcore lifting gym! Shes one of sweetest, most humblest people Ive ever met. She was so willing to share advice, give insight and shed a lot of motivation on my friends and I! With her there, she pushed at me to a small +4lb PR! (I tried for 329 but missed lock out by a TINY smidge. Came off the floor easy but Ill get it in a few weeks for sure!!!) Being in an amazing atmosphere with other talented powerlifters and bodybuilders with their support almost felt unreal and made me realize how much I truly love powerlifting. I cannot wait to see myself grow even more with this sport! #RGFitnessJourney
