Last night I heard something that I cant stop thinking about. We attended a baptism for a child at another church. I will not mention the denomination, so as not to offend some. That is not the purpose for this. After the baptism which was good, we had opportunity to listen to a missionary family they support who are serving in India. During the first part of the presentation he reviewed some statistics from the country. More than once he said 7 people a minute die who have never heard the name of Jesus Christ. Thats around 10,000 per day. I really wanted to ask what happens to those who die without the opportunity to hear of Christ? I asked that question years ago to a man I worked with. He told me they go straight to hell. So let me ask my Facebook friends and family. What is your opinion? What do you believe? Does God play favorites and some people are lucky enough to hear of Christ, then some dont? Then I have to wonder, in this day and time and in just that one country so many people die never hearing of Christ, just how many people have passed through this world not hearing the Word of salvation?
