Last night I made a beef steak stir fry, seasoned with salt, pepper, curry, and good old fashion Lawrys Seasoning salt and a leftover Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was a real catalyst for a burst of flavor and an agent for a more tenderized meat. I would love to know how you, wine enthusiasts use your leftover wine.
