Last night at my high school cafeteria.the Sherman Oaks Home Owners Association hosted nine candidates competing for the LA City Council District Four Seat. The format included nine stations were each candidate speed dated about 300 locals. I was impressed with the candidates knowledge. Only one engaged me.
