Last night on the Audience cable channel, I happened upon an incredible new documentary called JFK-A President Betrayed. This documentary is a detailed account, with corresponding classified evidence, of his struggles against the evil of the US Military leadership during his presidency. What little weve known in history about the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missle Crisis only scratched the surface. This documentary fills in many details. When considering the great desire of US Military Leaders to invade Cuba in 1962 and to bomb Russia as well, if they had their way and Kennedy didnt have the courage to stand up against them, nuclear war was going to happen. I would not be alive to type these words today and no one reading this now would be alive either. Also Kennedy understood 7 years before he became president how foolish sending troops to Vietnam was and he was beginning to shut down US involvement before being assasinated. There are many other surprising revelations in this documentary and its amazing to realize how different the world would have been if he had lived! Google the title and check out the trailer. Profound viewing and I highly recommend it!
