Last one for the night, I promise. Sand Flys or Midgees...depending on where youre from.... They love me, and despite trying all the suggested preventions from Vit B to dettol and baby oil, rid, aeroguard, etc etc etc, they still absolutely hunt me down and give me a flogging. My question is no longer how to avoid them ( i am resigned to the fact that i am just a midgee magnet) but, who has suggestions for surviving the insane itching and sores that i battle for the next three weeks! I aleady take antihistamines, apply tea tree, apply lignocaine based creams, take anti-inflamitories, and lots of hot showers .....to no avail. Hit me with your suggestions.....
